Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Newspapers or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed.
Partial Refunds

- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Any item that is not in its original condition, has visible damage, or is missing parts due to reasons other than our error

Exchanges

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the return value. Upon receiving the returned item, we will mail a gift certificate to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, informing them of your return.
